Cristiano Painting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial painting services. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or request an estimate — including through a Facebook or Instagram form — how we use it, and the choices you have. In short: we use your information to give you an estimate and do the work. We don’t sell it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an estimate — through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, our website, a phone call, a text message, WhatsApp, or in person — we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The property address or city where the work would be performed
- Details about the project (type of service, size, timing, and any photos you choose to send us)
- Your answers to the questions in the form
Information from Facebook and Instagram
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. sends us the information you entered or confirmed in that form. Meta may pre-fill some fields, such as your name, email, and phone number, from your Meta profile. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy, linked in section 6.
Information collected automatically
If you visit a website we operate, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
2. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Contact you about your estimate request and schedule a visit
- Prepare and send you a quote
- Perform the work, order materials, and coordinate our crew
- Send invoices and process payment
- Provide warranty service and follow up after the job
- Send you occasional offers or seasonal reminders, if you have not opted out
- Measure how well our advertising works
- Comply with legal, tax, licensing, and insurance obligations
3. Calls and text messages
When you submit a form or give us your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or WhatsApp about your painting project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us using the details in section 13. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Cristiano Painting and the service providers that operate our messaging on our behalf.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — such as customer management (CRM) software, scheduling and estimating tools, text messaging and email providers, spreadsheet and automation tools that receive form submissions, website hosting, and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors and suppliers, when needed to perform your project.
- Professional advisors such as our accountant, insurer, or attorney.
- Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- A successor entity, if our business is sold or merged. Your information would remain subject to this policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
Websites we operate may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, understand how visitors use it, and measure the performance of our ads. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may cause parts of a site to stop working as intended.
6. Facebook, Instagram and other ad platforms
We advertise on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. These platforms may use tools such as the Meta Pixel or a Google tag to tell them when someone who saw our ad requested an estimate. This helps us measure results and show our ads to people with similar interests.
These companies process that data under their own privacy policies. You can review and adjust your ad settings directly with them:

7. How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests that do not become projects for up to 24 months. For completed projects, we keep customer records, contracts, and invoices for as long as needed to honor the warranty and to meet tax, accounting, licensing, and insurance requirements — typically 7 years. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your personal information
- Opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others — have these rights under their state law. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
Our pages may link to other sites, such as paint manufacturers or review platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
